Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the standards and operations of the food and beverage departments across The Strand Cahore.  Adhering to budgets, targets, hiring, training and management of food and beverage teams and creating a positive, professional and proficient environment for both your team and guests.  A successful Food & Beverage Manager has excellent customer and team relations skills along with problem solving skills.


Floor Team

The Floor Team is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient environment to guests at all times.  Delivering a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service of food and drinks to the guest with proficient skills in cash handling and time management.



The Bartender is responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient bar and restaurant service to all guests of The Strand Cahore, in line with the s high standards of operational and customer service and in compliance with licensing legislation.



The Barista prepares hot and cold drinks such as coffees, artisan and speciality coffees, hot chocolates, Delivering a high standard of friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service to the guest.



The Host is responsible for welcoming guests and seating them in allocated food and drinks areas.  Creating a pleasant environment and ensuring that all guests receive attentive and friendly service. Answering calls, and maximising seating times and areas with ultimate guest satisfaction.  Drawing up of daily specials from the kitchens and ensuring all areas are ready for service
