Bookings of 6 or more people will be required to give credit card details to secure the booking.
Individual payment from groups during busy times is time consuming and often frustrating for other waiting customers and we would ask that you arrange individual payments as a group and hope that this does not cause too much inconvenience.
We do not split bills.
You are welcome to bring your own cake for parties booked at The Strand Cahore with prior arrangement with management so that we can provide adequate delph and cutlery for your celebration or we can take the hassle out of it and bake one for you – just give us 48 hours’ notice.
Please note, we do not serve alcohol from Seabiscuit due to the proximity of our premises to the pier and public cliff walk and tables out the front are available on a first come first serve basis for our take-away food and cannot be booked.

Special Dietary Requirements
A full allergen menu is available on request.
We cater for gluten intolerance, vegetarians and vegans – please let us know if you have a specific request and we will endeavour to cater to you where possible and even better if you can do this in advance of your booking.
Our children’s menu is available to children up to 12 years of age. Half portions of our main menu are available (where possible) for children up to 12 years of age. Diners can also request for an item on the children's menu to be served as an adult portion.
Parking And Accessibility
The car park, green areas and toilets are reserved for customer use only at The Strand Cahore. We provide a wheelchair accessible parking space to the front of the building and request that this is reserved for people with mobility difficulties. The building is accessible by wheelchair to the side and any questions you may have please do let us know.
Other Notes
As we provide takeaway coffee, soft drinks and sweet treats along with food and beverage at The Strand Cahore, food or beverage purchased off the premises is not permitted along with picnics. There is a public picnic area along the beach should you require.
If you need a taxi – we are happy to call one for you.
Well behaved dogs are permitted in The Strand Cahore – seated quietly on the floor and not on the seats or chairs. If your dog is causing distress to other customers, we will respectfully ask you to remove him outdoors
Due to health and safety, shoes must be worn at all times – at no stage are customers permitted to go barefoot.
Wet suits and swimsuits are not permitted inside. Dress code is fully clothed. If you enter the building with no clothing on your torso, you will not be served and asked to vacate the premises.
We kindly request that you do not move any outdoor garden furniture due to health and safety.
Children must vacate the bar, car park and green areas by 9pm sharp.
