Maldon Sea Salt 1kg
Meylers Cooked Mackeral

Method
Skin and bone Mackeral
Add rind of 5 lemon
Add juice of 3 lemon
Add 1 oz fresh parsley
Add Maldon salt
Add sour cream
Bind together
Season to tast
