Olive Tapeline

1.5 cups Pitted brine cured olives
2 Anchovy Fillets
3 tbl spoons Capers
1.5 cups Chopped parsley leaves

3 cloves Garlic
3 tabl spoons Fresh Lemon juice from 2 lemons
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Maldon Salt
Cracked Black pepper

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor drizzling the oil in slowly
Season with maldon salt and cracked black pepper!
