We have teamed up with the gorgeous Aisling in the newly renovated but long established Harmony Lodge, specialising in massage therapy, health and beauty and sports massage.
Harmony Lodge offers a range of beauty treatments including Reiki, Hot Stone Back Massage, Body Glow Exfoliation, Foot Treatments and much more! Located in Ballygarret it's the perfect antidote to post Summer blues.

You can now book a one hour treatment (One Hour Eve Taylor Facial or One Hour Aromatherapy Massage) with Harmony Lodge ( Mon-Wed) to include a two course lunch (Thursday to Sunday) at The Strand Cahore.
