Cream Cheese Frosting

400g Icing Sugar
150g Unsalted Butter
200g Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cream the butter and sifted icing sugar together in kitchen aid
Add Vanilla Essence
Add cream cheese

If you would like to make a lemon icing - Add juice of lemon gradually so you can taste to see if you need more
You can also swap 175g of icing sugar with cocoa powder to make
a chocolate frosting (I still add vanilla essence with this variation)
