Chocolate Tart

300mls Double Cream
2 tblsp Caster Sugar
90g Unsalted Butter
125g 75% Dark Chocolate
75g Milk Chocolate Drops/Pieces
100mls Milk

Place cream and sugar in to a large pot on a low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved
Add cubbed soft butter and mix together until melted
Now add dark chocolate pieces
Mix together until combined in a creamy dark chocolate mix
Finally add 100mls of milk and mix together with spoon until combined

To Assemble
Pour your filling into your pastry cases
Leave to set in fridge overnight and before you serve, dust with Cacoa Powder
