Chocolate Pot

Stage 1

6oz Dark Chocolate Cacoa
8 Tablespoons Cream
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Soft brown sugar
1 oz Unsalted butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Stage 2

Combine water and sugar in small sauce pan and stir until disolved
Add butter and melt
Now add in the cacoa powder whisking all the time
Slowly add the vanilla essence and cream until fully blended and smooth
Serve warm with 2 x shortbread biscuits on a blue rectangle plate
