Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients

600g Dark & Milk Chocolate (mix)
450g Golden Syrup
1 block/227g Unsalted Butter
1 pack/400g Digestive biscuits

Melt chocolate and butter in a well/basin over boiling water in a pot
Add golden syrup and mix together until all ingredients are blended together
Add broken digestive biscuits and mix all together

You can add marshmallows/Crunchy/Maltesers if desired and we sometimes add bran flakes for a 'healthy' crunch!

Pour in to a lined tray bake tin (1-2" in depth) and place in a fridge to harden
