Butter Icing

250g Unsalted Butter
450g Sifted Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
2 tablespoons Milk

Cream butter until soft in Kitchen Aid
Gradually mix in icing sugar
Add Vanilla Essence
Add milk if necessary to form a smooth icing

You can omit vanilla essence and add flourings such as lemon, coffee etc.
You can also swap 175g of icing sugar with cocoa powder to make
a chocolate butter icing (I still add vanilla essence with this variation)
