Garnish 2 x Blueberries
1 x Raspberry

Ingredients 1/4 x shot Archers Peach Shnapps
2 x shots Prosecco
1 x splash of Crème de Cassis

Method Chill Glass with ice cubes, then empty
Add Peach Schnapps
Fill to top with Prosecco
Dribble Crème de Cassis down the side so it sinks to the bottom
Garnish with berries
Serve (no straw)
