Bechemel Sauce

Stage 1

4 heaped table spoons White Flour
1/4 pound Unsalted Butter
1 ltr Milk

Method
Melt butter in pot
Add flour and hand whisk until smooth OR lumpy
Gradually add in milk until a smooth paste
This will eventually turn in to a sauce
Bring to a boil, let simmer until it coats the back of a spoon
Let simmer for a further 5 minutes
Cool and put in storage boxes
