Asian Slaw

Stage 1

1/4 head White cabbage
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Orange (zest and juice only)
1 stick Lemon Grass
2" lump Frozen Ginger (grated with skin)

Method
Use Japanese Mandalin for cutting pepper in 'julien'
Zest and juice orange
Chop finely 1 stick of lemon grass
Chop finely slice white cabbage (cut off stalk)
Grate ginger
Chop Corriander
Mix all ingredients together and put in zip lock bag
