Aileen's Brown Bread

Ingredients - Stage 1 Dry
1 litre/1000ml Milk
50 ml Olive Oil
50 ml Red Wine Vinegar

Put all of the above in one bowl and set aside

Ingredients - Stage 2 Wet
1 kg /1000g Howards Extra Course Flour
20g Bread Soda
10g Salt
20g Soft Brown Sugar


Method
Put all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Take your wet ingredients and pour into the large bowl
Mix all of the ingredients together
Butter the inside of 3 loaf tins with unsalted butter
Divide the mix into all 2 large loaf tins
Put in to preheated oven of 200 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until your skewer is clean
